Kettlebell 4-Week Program

A 4-week full body program that consists of 3 workouts per week. All you need is 2 kettlebells to complete the workouts. 


Kettlebell training can be done by anyone. There may be small learning curves, but once you do a couple of workouts your body will start to adapt and get stronger and leaner than ever.


This type of training allows your body to stay in its natural state. It’s great for your joints and ligaments and is extremely easy on the body.


Lindsay has a “Movement Bank” full of videos that will show you the correct form and alignment for each movement in this program.


Remember to always listen to your body and let the kettlebell move with a little finesse and poise.
