Do you need to eat breakfast?

My quick answer: No!

There so many hormonal profiles, activity levels, blood types, food triggers, and personal preferences to consider so I always recommend doing what seems to give you results and sanity at the same time.

Try a routine out for 7-10 days and evaluate. Are you bloated? Tired? Mid-day crash? Or feel like a million bucks? If you don't like the results then make an adjustment and try again.
