Free Workout
Here's a free workout for you to give a try. I did this with my clients this past week and it was a great challenge for all levels. You will perform one round every 3 minutes, and repeat for 5 rounds each. Have fun and let me know what you think!
5 burpee frog jumps
10 box jumps
10 walking lunges (5/5) *heavy*
10 back squats
20 slider walks (10/10)
10 curl + press
10 GHD back extensions
10 chin-ups
20 plank rotations (10/10)
