Pre and Post Workout
I have been to quite a few educational trainings and seminars through Poliquin Group and can't find a pre and post workout that I like any better.
Do you get tingly from the pre-workout? No, not at all.
Does the post workout make your stomach hurt? Nope. There's not much whey protein in it, which tends to be what aggravates your gut. There's a ton of BCAA (branch chain amino acids) that aid in muscle recovery.
The only downside is that there is only one flavor. Definitely not a deal breaker though. Check out Incite (pre) and Thrive (post) and let me know what you think.
